KAYAK & CANOE RENTALS

DINO has a fleet of twelve beginner-friendly, flat-water kayaks, and forty-six 16' fiberglass canoes.

Take a quick paddle on Geist Reservoir and/or Fall Creek, or plan a group outing with a trailer full of kayaks or canoes!

We are an off-water facility: You will need to transport the boat(s) or schedule drop off/pick up with us.

KAYAKS:

  • Kayak Rental: $25 1st day

  • Additional days: $10 per day

    • Kayaks are 9'5", Mainstream Streak, sit-in kayak, easy and stable for first-time kayakers!

  • DINO also has two 14' touring kayaks available (Perception Carolina 14.0 - faster, better tracking) for $40 / day.

  • Rent 3 or more kayaks and trailer is included. Kayak trailer is light and can be pulled by almost any vehicle with a hitch.

  • Group special: Rent a trailer full of 12 kayaks for $200 1st day; $100 per additional day

CANOES:

  • Single Canoe Rental: $40 per day, $20 for additional days.

  • Large group rental with trailer - $30 per day per boat, $10 for additional days. This is a very large trailer holding 24 canoes; advance planning required.

  • Rentals include paddles and PFDs

  • Trailers have a 2" ball and 4-flat wiring connector. An adaptor to 7-round connector is available.

  • Drop-off and pick-up, a guide, or a shuttle-trip driver for your trip may be available, at extra charge.

Pick up location is near McCordsville, IN.

  • Transportation / shuttle service available by request: $20/hr

  • Fall Creek and/or Geist Reservoir suggested (other locations may be available by request)

  • Damaged / lost equipment maximum fees:

    • Trailer $2000

    • Kayak $300

    • Paddle $50

    • PFD $10

    • Tie-down straps $5
